My name is Kathiana Augustin, and as the General Manager of Imani Furnish Rentals, I’m the bridge between our vision and the day-to-day reality of our guest experience. I handle logistics, scheduling, vendor coordination, client communications, and everything in between to make sure each stay is smooth, clean, and customized. 

What I love most about my role is the personal connection — listening to guests, responding to unique needs, and making sure everyone feels welcome and supported. I believe that hospitality is an act of care, and that small touches can make a big difference. 

Whether it’s arranging an early check-in, managing an extended stay, or making sure a unit is spotless and ready, I take pride in getting it right. I’m here to make sure our guests feel more than accommodated — they feel seen, respected, and truly at ease.
